Very pleased to renew my certified International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants membership. I am Certified in Shelter Behavior-Dogs. This certification required me to submit case studies for peer review to prove my knowledge and judgement when working behavior cases in a shelter setting.

Doing Our Best for Animals at Edmonds College’s Creative Retirement Institute. Forty people came to learn about animal emotions: understanding dogs and cats. We talked about animal happiness, fear, grief, guilt, and gratitude and how to understand animal emotions by reading body language, watching for signs of stress, and observing play. Lots of great discussion! Thanks all!
