📢 ALL CURRENTCLIENTS PLEASE READ!!

Happy Friday! Wanted to make a post on a few things to help with appointments going forward!

We have been having some conflict with people dropping off before hours. We understand plans change and we can sometimes come in early if given notice. If you have not discussed with your groomer about a early drop off time please do not come early. We only have a certain amount of space and have scheduled appointment times to help with this. Dropping your dog off early will NOT get them out faster. We will start on them when their original appointment time was made. Also on some occasions we have people come in on the wrong day (happens to the best of us 😆) but for this reason you may not drop your dog off before your groomer is here. Every groomer here has their own clients, book, schedule and do their own reminders. Other groomers are not always 100% sure who is on the others books. We would hate for you to have to come back to pick your dog up if dropped of on the wrong day. 😬

As far as making and changing appointments. Please remember MOST of our clients book out multiple appointments and some for the whole year. If you need to change your appointment date we will do our best to get you the date you need. If you are scheduled out it makes it easier to swap appointments with someone than creating a spot. If you need to cancel or you miss a appointment, again we will try to find you a spot but most likely you will have to wait till your next appointment you have scheduled. Again we understand things come up but we only so many spots for dogs and over booking ourselves doesn't do any of us, especially the dogs, any good! We want to always do our best and give every pets the time they deserve while getting them in and out in the fastest and safest manner.

Kim's hours tue-fri 9-4. First opening in November

Abby's hours Thursday and Friday ONLY 9-4. (Limited space left for this year)

👋 Hello Parlour family. We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! With the New Year here, we have a few reminders and some information we would like to share!

🐾Remember that all pets need to be fully vaccinated. This means RABIES, BORDETELLA and CANINE INFLUENZA. You can bring us in a copy or you can email them to [email protected]

🐾Due to the rise in cost of just about everything😮‍💨, we will be having a small price increase starting January 2024. We understand this can be inconvenient to some, but this is a must for us to be able to keep using the high-quality materials we have always used!

🐾We will also be reinforcing a cancellation fee. We will need a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment, or you will be charged 1/2 your grooming cost. This will need to be paid before dropping off for your next scheduled appointment. We understand emergencies come up, but not showing up or canceling last minute leaves us in a very tough spot and is usually hard to fill last minute.

We run on a very tight schedule to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible, and dropping off on time is a huge factor!

📢📢📢 IMPORTANT INFORMATION!! 📢📢📢
Please read all info to help with any questions you may have!!

After research and consideration, we have decided to speak about the new CIRD (canine infectious respiratory disease) that has been spreading. We want you know know we take your pets health very seriously and want you to feel safe when they are in our care! As of right now there are no cases in our area.

There is a lot unknown about this new virus and new information is being uncovered every day. We will continue to sanitize our tools and work stations in between dogs. Dogs will continue to not interact with others while they are in our care. Kennels will continue to be sanitized in between dogs and at the end of each day.

Effective IMMEDIATELY, dogs coming in for ANY service (grooming, bath or nail trims) will be required to be up to date on all Vaccinations This includes Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) and canine influenza vaccinations. This is not optional. We're not willing to risk any of our clients well being.
If this new policy interferes with future appointments, please reach out to us. You can bring in a paper copy the day of your appointment or ask your vet to email you a copy and email them to us at [email protected] Again this must be turned in before any services can be done!

How can you help?
Please drop off at your scheduled grooming appointment time and try to pick up as soon as you can once we let you know they are ready! We ask if your pet isn't feeling well or acting ill in any way that you keep them home. We are not medical professionals and cannot offer medical advice for your dog. We can only make informed decisions about what we feel is best for our clients. If you have concerns about CIRD, your dog contracting it, or side effects to watch out for please reach out to your veterinarian.

If you know someone who doesn't have Facebook that comes to us please let us know that way we can get to them as soon as possible.

Please remember this is our busiest time of year are we will return all calls as fast as we can! We have about a handful full of spots left before Christmas. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel so we can fill from our cancelation list.
