Day one of Angel Tree I think was a success!
I’m not sure yet if I’ll be able to take on any additional families, but we will definitely be able to make a difference for these five kids at this rate!

I truly have the most amazing, caring clients, and I’m very grateful for you alls help spreading Holiday cheer 🥰🫶

A few clients who won’t be in before Christmas have asked to Venmo me their donations, which I will turn around to use for our Angel Tree! I’ll make sure you still get your $10 off your next groom if you’d like to donate this way!

I started our own Angel tree 😇🎄

Starting Saturday, I will have a tree posted with gift ideas for a handful of children I have promised to deliver Christmas presents to!

I’m asking my clients who are able, to help me make this happen by taking a tag when dropping off your pet(s), and donating gifts at pickup. You can also donate cash that I will use to purchase gifts!!

I will offer $10 off to any of my clients who will spend/donate at least $20 towards delivering a Merry Christmas morning to a couple local families. 🫶

If we get this accomplished quickly, I can help even more families before the holidays!

🦃Happy Thanksgiving, friends!🦃

FUND RAISER UPDATE:
Thank you to those who supported my last minute fund raiser! We raised almost $150, and had a trunk filled with food donations!

🐾I took that money, rounded up to $150, and donated it along with all the *human* food to TriState Food Bank.

It wasn’t enough. I promised donations for Evansville Animal Control, and Aurora!

🐾My daughter and I stopped at Pet Supplies Plus, where we purchased over 300 pounds of dog food, cat food, and cat litter and donated it to EACC.

🐾This morning I donated $157.50 ($7.50 when prompted to cover credit card fees) to Aurora Evansville which will pay for over 11 hours of case work for someone who needs and deserves it.

I’m so incredibly grateful for all my clients who came out and donated! I’m also grateful to all my clients who have supported my career going out on my own!
My salon’s doors have been open for over two years now, and I have the best, and most supportive clients 🥰

I love my community. I’m glad to be in a place that I am able to give back to it 🫶

Extra special shout out to Pet Supplies Plus for offering a discount so I could buy more supplies; and Juniper and Clover’s parents, who showed up and donated a trunkful of bulk, shelf-stable foods!!! 🥹🫶

Ok friends— we are switching gears for the event next Sunday.

Our community is calling on anyone who is able to come together, and donate to our local food pantries.

This Sunday the 16th, you can get your puppies’ nails done FREE if you bring ANY donation!!

We will accept:
-Shelf stable food donations and cases of water,
-Bags and cans of dog and cat foods, or
-Any monetary contribution you can make

All human food will be donated to Tri-State food bank
All pet food will be donated to ACC
All monetary donations will be donated to Aurora Evansville

Please bring your puppies this Sunday, and help us give back to the community!!

This Sunday November 9th and next Sunday November 16th, join us and our friend Amber Glaysbrook, Amber’s Canine Creations Amber Glaysbrooks, for HALF OFF nail trim services!

🐶No appointments or reservations.
🐶Please bring up to date PROOF OF RABIES certificate
🐶ALL proceeds, including any tips left, will be donated to local organizations to fight housing insecurity, and provide resources to our friends who are currently without their own home.

We are all experienced groomers, comfortable with all breeds, ages, and temperaments!! Please come out to get your puppies a mani pedi, and give money to help build our community!

*This event is expected to be busy, so please be mindful of your own puppy if they are reactive or protective when around other people/pets*

(Note from the owner, Allix: I only have three tables, and three people to work this event. If any local groomers have their own table and are able to participate please reach out! I will pay you for your time!)
