Some exciting news from the Next Chapter Neighborhoods team!

Dupont Meadows, our most recently completed community in Fort Wayne, Indiana, was just ranked #53 in the country and #1 in Indiana in J Turner Research’s Elite 1% ORA® Power Rankings — out of more than 150,000 communities monitored nationwide!

This recognition means a lot to us. A ranking like this comes from real residents who are genuinely happy with where they live — and that’s the whole point.

It’s the standard we hold ourselves to with every community we build. Including the ones underway right now in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and the Northland of Missouri.

We’re proud of this one. 🏡

Working from home in the Lowcountry? A dream! 😌

If you have the flexibility to work from home, the Lowcountry might be the most underrated place in America to do it.

Here's what a work day looks like at Foxtail Commons:

You wake up without an alarm. You brew coffee and take a 20-minute walk before you open your laptop — maybe down toward Sergeant Jasper Park, maybe just around the neighborhood watching the light change over the marsh.

You set up and you work. You're genuinely productive, because you're not stressed, and you're not spending two hours a day in traffic getting to and from an office.

At lunch, you do a quick run to Half Day Cafe on Okatie Highway for a sandwich. It takes 15 minutes round trip. You eat it outside.

By the time you close your laptop at 5pm, you're not exhausted in the way that city life makes you exhausted. You have enough left to actually live in the evening — a drive to the beach, dinner at Kyra Restaurant SeaFood & Grill down the road, a walk with the dog in the last light.

That's not work-life balance as an idea. That's what it actually looks like.

At Foxtail Commons, beach days aren’t weekend plans—they’re spontaneous Saturday afternoons with Hilton Head just 30 minutes away!

Pre-leasing soon for October 2026 delivery 🏡

You know what the best version of a beach day looks like? It's the one that's easy enough to do on a random Saturday. 🏖️

Living at Foxtail Commons means Hilton Head Island is 30 minutes away. Not a weekend trip. Not something you have to plan a month in advance. Just — an option. A real, actual option on a random afternoon.

Here's how that day goes:

You decide to go. Not the night before — this morning, over coffee, while looking at the weather app. You grab your bag, a change of clothes, and nothing else.

Thirty minutes later you're parking at Coligny Beach Park — free WiFi, clean restrooms, rinse stations, and some of the whitest, softest sand on the East Coast. You spend three hours reading, floating, and feeling like a completely different human being.

On the way home you stop at Agave Azul on Riverwalk Blvd for tacos and an Aztec margarita. It's a Saturday. You have nowhere to be.

You're home by 6pm, sunned out and entirely at peace.

That's the Foxtail Commons lifestyle. And it never gets old.

Pre-leasing soon for October 2026 delivery.

Hill Creek Commons → Bluestem at Stagecoach. New name. Deep roots. Big news. 🌾

Hill Creek Commons → Bluestem at Stagecoach. New name. Deep roots. Big news. 🌾

We've been sitting on something exciting, and it's finally time to share it!

Hill Creek Commons is becoming Bluestem at Stagecoach.

The name comes from two things already written into this land: big bluestem grass — the "king of the grasses," rooted in the Missouri prairie for thousands of years — and Old Stagecoach Road, the very road that runs through our address, once carrying settlers and dreamers westward through Platte County in the 1840s.

New neighborhood. Deep roots.

We didn't choose the name — we found the one that already belonged here.

A Next Chapter Neighborhood. 🌾

Here's something we hear constantly from future neighbors: "I'd buy a house, but I don't want to deal with the house."

Mowing. HVAC repairs. Finding a contractor. The Sunday afternoon that turns into a weekend project.

For a growing segment of renters, the appeal of build-to-rent isn't just financial — it's about reclaiming their time. And they're not willing to trade quality for convenience to do it.

That's the gap we're designed to fill: homes that feel owned, managed like they're ours too.

Because your next chapter shouldn't come with a honey-do list. 🏡

There’s a new chapter in residential living — and we’re writing it.

At Next Chapter Neighborhoods, we’re reimagining what it means to rent a home. Not an apartment. Not a unit. A home — with a backyard, attached garage, white picket fence, and a community built around the people who live there.

We believe renters deserve more space, more connection, and more community. From thoughtfully designed floor plans and resort-style amenities to curated neighborhood events, we’re creating places where neighbors become friends and houses become homes.

We’re growing across the Southeast and Midwest — with new communities coming soon. 👀

Follow along as we build — neighborhood by neighborhood, neighbor by neighbor.

🏡 Your next chapter starts here.

Can you tell we're excited to see Hill Creek Commons come to life? 😅

We spend a lot of time talking about what is near us, like the lake, the sports bars, and the airport. But the most underrated part of life in Kansas City is the mornings.

Imagine this:

6:30am. You stop at Bee Creek Bistro on Main Street on the way out. They already know your order, which happened faster than you expected, and you head to Prairie Creek Greenway, just two minutes from home. The trail winds through wooded sections, crosses bridges over the creek, and opens into prairie views that feel nothing like the suburbs.

Your dog has already covered a mile before you finish your first cup. A great blue heron is doing its thing at the edge of the water. You check your watch and still have 45 minutes before you need to be anywhere.

By the time you are back, you have done four miles, the coffee is gone, and you feel like a person who genuinely has their life together.

That is not a vacation. That is a Tuesday.

Porch of the Month 🏡 Just one of our many favorite neighborhood traditions!

One thing we love about our communities is how quickly they start to feel like neighborhoods. ❤️

From the very beginning, neighbors are already creating connection, pride, and friendly competition through things like our “Porch of the Month” tradition. It’s a simple way we celebrate the people who make each porch feel like home.

This photo is from our sister community, Dupont Meadows, but it’s a great example of the kind of community culture we’re building at Hill Creek Commons as we move through construction.

We can’t wait to see Hill Creek porches come to life soon! ✨
