We are now accepting referrals for residents to our specialty nurse managed care home. We have 2 dedicated semi private beds and 3 private rooms for Veterans, Nurses, EMTs, caregivers who would like to live with like minded friends. We are full room & board with free wifi, assistance with transportation to medical appts. Included. Full care services are available as needed from our recommended community providers. We also offer a RN staffed community education clinic and school and have daily activities & health classes for our residents and visiting outpatient guests. American Heart CPR certifications, Nurse Coaching, and Nutrition workshops are scheduling now. Message me if you would like a tour. We are also seeking volunteers for clown missions, urban farm and gardens, Honey Bee Rescues, and training for special needs camps. Please message me or come to the clinic. Drop ins welcome. ❤️‍🩹
