📣 Important Holiday Update from West Eugene Kennels 🎄🐾
As we move into the busy holiday season, we want to thank all of our amazing clients for trusting us with your pets. We love caring for your furry family members! ❤️
Recently, we’ve had several last-minute holiday cancellations and no-shows, which left us unable to fill those spots and prevented other families from booking. To keep things fair and to ensure we can serve as many pets as possible, we are updating our policies moving forward.
✨ New Holiday & Scheduling Policies (Effective Immediately):
🔹 A card on file
will be required for all major kennel holidays
🔹 A 25% non-refundable cancellation fee will apply to reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before drop-off
🔹 After two no-shows-we will no longer be able to continue scheduling future services during holidays
Major Kennel Holidays include:
🦃 Thanksgiving
🎄 Christmas
🎉 New Year’s
🌷 Spring Break
🎪 Oregon Country Fair
🇺🇸 Fourth of July
⚘️ Memorial Day
🍂 Labor Day
