✨ Last week’s visitors kicked off the holiday spirit early!

We had wagging tails, sweet snuggles, and plenty of posing in front of our brand-new holiday photo backdrop that’ll be up all season. 🎄📸
As we head into Thanksgiving week, we’re feeling extra grateful for every furry face that walks through our doors. ❤️🐾

Elvis Update 💛🐾

We wanted to share an update on Elvis for everyone who has donated, shared, or reached out.
Elvis is currently in isolation ICU. He is not doing well, but he is stable, and right now that’s what we’re holding onto. He’s still having significant diarrhea and vomiting, and the team placed a feeding tube to help keep him nourished while his body fights.

Parvo is incredibly tough, but so is this little boy. He’s getting round-the-clock care, and every hour he stays stable gives him a better chance.

This 6-week-old baby, Maxine, came in yesterday for her first checkup… and we’re all still recovering from how cute she is.

Hugs were had. Snuggles were mandatory. Hearts? Completely melted. 💕

And yes — she’s posing right in front of the holiday décor our elves have been working hard on all week, giving everyone a little sneak peek at all the festive magic coming together. 🎄✨

Elvis has quickly become a puppy our whole clinic cares deeply about — especially Dr. Malak, who bonded with him almost instantly. He came to us with a broken elbow, and now he’s fighting Parvo on top of everything he’s already been through. His new family is doing everything they can, but his medical costs are overwhelming.

Our first official day of grooming was a success!✂️🐾

We didn’t get the perfect before-and-afters, but the sweetest moments happened “during” the grooms anyway. Marra pampered Coco, Marco, Finn, and the cutest little cat named Simon — all of them soaking up the spa treatment.

With 12+ years of experience, Marra works confidently with all coat types, personalities, and ages. From baths and brush-outs to de-shedding, nail trims, and breed-appropriate cuts, she makes sure every pet leaves feeling their best.

And for pets who get anxious or have special medical needs, we also offer sedated grooming, safely overseen by Dr. Malak.

One of the best parts of our job? We love watching our patients transform, and Coco is such a perfect example of why. She started out very shy and unsure, but with her family’s patience, happy visits, and consistent routines, she’s blossomed into a confident girl who now walks in like she owns the place — belly-rub ready and excited to meet new people.

Last weekend she even surprised our urgent care team with bagels, and we’re always so thankful for clients who think of us. Coco stayed for every cuddle and belly rub she could get… and we were more than happy to deliver. 💛🐾

Marra — a familiar face to so many of our clients — is now offering full-service grooming for both dogs and cats right here at Lakeland. With 12+ years of experience, she’s incredible with all coat types, ages, and personalities (and the photo pretty much proves it 🐾).

For pets who are anxious, reactive, or have special medical needs, we’re also offering sedated grooming overseen by Dr. Malak to keep their visit safe and stress-free.

It’s been a puppy party at Lakeland and we’re not mad about it. 🐾

Tank charmed us with his sweet eyes, love for soft treats, and loyalty to his pink bunny. Frankie rolled in next with a happy-go-lucky leaf-playing spirit and a treat philosophy that can best be described as “yes.”

We’re obsessed already — welcome, Tank & Frankie! 💛✨
