We are hiring for our 2026 season!
We are a family owned business operating on the grounds of the YMCA of the Rockies. We offer guided horseback riding tours through Rocky Mountain National Park. Our rides range from a 30 minute ride to a five hour ride. We are open mid March through the end of October. Positions are available for a variety of dates.
We are looking for courteous, dedicated, responsible, outgoing, energetic applicants who are horse lovers and have good people skills. We generally hire a staff of 20 to 25 people.
This is a full time job with a monthly pay of $2,300 plus substantial tips!
You have the option of room and board with this position for a minimal fee of $25 a week. Rooms are bunkhouse style cabins separate for males and females, and meal plans are available.

- Two and three hour rides through the Rocky Mountain National Park! With longer rides coming soon.

-One hour rides through the YMCA of the Rockies property.
