It's been a tough day. We lost a dog (one of the Pyrs from the hoarding case) who was so severely heartworm positive she died from a pulmonary embolism in her sleep just days after she arrived. Then a Great Pyrenees who had been abandoned that we worked very hard to trap was found dead. Sometimes, you just can't win.

All I can say is that this Mom and pups arrived this afternoon when I needed them to. Despite being abandoned and Mom's starved condition, their puppy pile with Mom on the floor made me smile a little because they know they are safe now.

Sorry/ I’m a little late posting today… bottle babies will have your whole schedule a mess! 😂
We now have two litters of bottle babies in care.
One very special boy, Kingston, is missing an eye. He will need to be seen at the Dr to find out if surgery will be required.
