One of our amazing kitten foster moms is running a 50/50 fundraiser to help offset the cost of our medical bills. We just took in 4 kittens that all needed antibiotics and creams, testing and soon to be shots/spay/neuter/microchip. She is correct on the minimum that we spend on each kitten we take off the streets. That is if they are healthy! Most, need more love than regular vetting.

2/10/2025 - Found this beautiful dog in Parkside/Chester area along 352. Well cared for, but no collar and no chip. Contacted local police to check for missing report, no reports. PM if you are missing your dog.

We did not want to forget to share that long time PLDP foster pup Horace (in foster care for 2 years and 9 months), was adopted Christmas morning by his foster family. Sadly, one of the foster families pups passed right before Christmas due to cancer, and they wanted their other pup to have Horace. Horace is very happy laying under covers and sleeping with his family. He LOVES opening gifts. From being an Amish farm dog living in a barn, to snuggling every night with his family is pretty fantastic! Have a great life Horace!

Simba is our pet of the week! Please share for him ❤️ 🐈‍⬛

Simba is a large, orange tabby. He is approx 20 pounds and full of love. Simba is a bright orange, these pictures look light.

He was left by a previous tenant and luckily the property mgr reached out to us to assist.

He is tall also. Simba is an affectionate, loving cat. He is great with my small kids (4 & 5)

He loves attention and will definitely seek it out from you by bumping his head on you.

He is in foster with cats and kids. His foster mom adores him 🥰

His foster mom is willing to sponsor his adoption fee for a forever home.

Husky is our pet of the week! Please share for him ♥️

Meet sweet Husky, he is an adorable male all grey cat. 🥰

Husky has one sibling (Dusty) who he loves to play with, he also plays with the the other cats in his foster home as well as the dogs. He is in foster with young children who carry him around and snuggle him.

He is fully vetted: neutered, microchipped, dewormed, up to date on all shots, and FIV/FELV tested-negative. Husky’s foster Mom is offering to sponsor one of the adoptions, if you choose to adopt him & Dusty.

Dinky is our pet of the week! Please share for him ❤️

Dinky is an adorable cat who loves attention and loves to be held. He has a brother named Darren also up for adoption. They do love each other and sleep and play together so a home together would be best. Dinky is in a foster home with other cats, dogs, and young children so he is well socialized along with his brother. Dinky is an adorable brown/tan tabby. He loves to be held and is in your face type of cat. His foster mom will sponsor his brothers adoption if adopted together.

Dinky and his brother Darren are both up to date on shots, have been neutered, dewormed, microchipped and tested negative for Felv/Fiv. They are litter trained.

Horace is our adorable pet of the week! Please share for him 🦮💞

Meet 3 year old Horace! Horace was rescued from a Mennonite farm when the owners no longer wanted him. He lived on a farm and slept in a barn. He had a bad ear infection, scabby painful ears from horse flies and sadly tested positive for lyme. He was on antibiotics for a month, and his protein in his urine is perfect. He will test positive for the rest of his life, but shows no illness from the disease. Horace is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. He is VERY dog friendly and lives with two other dogs currently. He loves to play ball. Horace would do best in a home with another dog. He came out of his shell quickly in his foster home due to the other dogs in the home. He loves playing catch and wrestling with his favorite girl dog Zoe. He loves children but might knock them over accidentally. He weighs 78 lbs, but looking at him you might think he weighs close to 100. He has very long back legs. His foster mom calls him her little horse. Horace is still learning about personal space. He has no issues laying on top of you for love and passing out. He does not have a mean bone in his body. He would do best with a family that has another dog and a large 6 ft fenced in yard. He knows how to climb a chain link fence. He would be a great running partner! THIS SATURDAY FROM 10AM - 3PM AT TINICUM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!!! We will be supporting Project Share and having a vendor table at the school. There will be many small businesses there as well. Come and do some early holiday shopping and support a good cause!

Peace, Love and Doggie Paws Rescue will be collecting items for the rescue as well. We have colonies that we feed, have many cats coming and going as well as like to help out the local trappers with food if we can. We are looking for the following items:

DRY CAT FOOD BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR
WET CAT FOOD
CAT LITTER
GREENIES PILL POCKETS
