South Farm The South Farm is a beautiful farm located just south of Essex village on Lake Shore Rd. The farm is owned by George and Libby Pataki.

Here at the South Farm we produce grass fed/grass finished/managed organic Black Angus Beef; NOFA-NY certified hay for horses, cattle, and all other livestock; a vineyard and winery in the beginning stages of operation; young orchard; blueberries; black currants.
