ISO a good horse for a 15 year old to continue progressing in her riding and horsemanship including jumping. The horse would be in a full care program with multiple lessons and pro rides/ week. Looking for a multi year/ long term lease. Lease budget in the lowest 5s/year with some flexibility. TIA
