North Country RIDE is honored to partner with Northern Edge Counseling and the equine-assisted psychotherapy program that they provide.

Not all therapy happens in an office.

Sometimes it happens with muddy boots, fresh air, and a horse who seems to know exactly when you're overthinking things. 😉

Our fall bout of Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy begins September 1, and we're excited to spend another season watching the magic unfold out at the barn.

Rain can feel calming and restorative for some. For others, long periods of gray skies can bring low energy and sadness. Mental health, much like the weather, is not the same for everyone. Sometimes rain allows us to rest, reflect, and recharge. Sometimes it reminds us to reach out, seek sunlight where we can, and be gentle with ourselves. Either way, rainy days are a good time to check in with how we're feeling.
