Everyone... Can you please help or share!!! My friends need desperate help!!!

🚨 URGENT PLEA 🚨

Guys… we need help and we need it NOW.

We currently have 6 full puppy pens on top of approximately 40 adult dogs from Mission RISE and many of these dogs are extremely sick. We are dealing with large amounts of bloody diarrhea, medical issues, constant cleaning, medications, feeding schedules, and around-the-clock monitoring.

We are DESPERATELY in need of:
🩶 Blankets
🩶 Bedding
🩶 Towels
🩶 Cleaning help
🩶 Volunteers
🩶 Extra hands of any kind

Even if you can only come help for a couple hours… PLEASE do. We are exhausted and drowning in laundry, cleaning, and medical care right now.

These dogs cannot sit in wet kennels and we are going through bedding faster than we can wash it.

If you cannot sign up ahead of time, JUST COME. Please show up. We can complete the volunteer application and get your driver’s license information once you arrive.

Hello friends. I wanted to update you after a while since my last post. Due to my mother's health issues, I have been occupied with caring for her, which is my top priority given her unwavering support for me.

Nonetheless, my parents and I recently embarked on a trip, during which I had the pleasure of crossing the Mackinac Bridge again and witnessing the breathtaking views. My mother, amusingly, was anxious during the bridge crossing and hiding her face. I think she is a scary cat 🤣.. don't tell her I said that- she might stop my snacks! That would definitely be a travesty.

In other news, I recently met someone new named Atlas and we seem to have a connection. He is very handsome 🥰 Let's just say we might have some surprises in store but this lady does not kiss and tell...

After a busy couple days with my new friend Atlas, I am planning to rest before visiting my grandfather and some younger family members.

Friends!! The Easter Bunny came!! I got some yummy treats from Great Dane Coffee Company with Fezzik the Fearless Dane - Fez picture on it!! I'm so excited to try them!
The Easter Bunny also brought me a new stuffed toy and some bacon strips! Whoo hoo!!

Friends- I know I just posted about Addie but this is an update and it's an emergency!!! Please share/donate if you can! Please send Addie, her babies and everyone who loves her prayers and love. Please also pray for the vet staff to help heal Addie- her babies need her.

Update on Addie and the Jellybean Bandits

Friends… we have a difficult update to share.

Unfortunately, Addie made a turn for the worse today and collapsed. The veterinary team is not yet sure what is going on, and they are currently running tests and working to get her stable. If needed, they are prepared to take her back into surgery. Right now, she remains in critical condition and has not been awake enough to care for or feed her babies. 🏥🐾

We were originally planning to pick up Addie and the beans together this evening… but circumstances have changed. Tonight, we will be bringing home just the babies. 💔

Because Addie hasn’t been able to feed them, the veterinary staff has been bottle feeding. They feel it is in the best interest of the puppies to get them back to DDS where they can be placed on a consistent feeding schedule and closely monitored. And as much as I hate that we are here… this is something I am experienced and fully equipped to handle. 🍼

The bottles are washed.
The feeding station is set up.
And we are on our way to get our little beans. 🚗🐶

We will be updating our Amazon wish list daily as we figure out what supplies we need to keep these babies thriving. Neonatal care is intense, around-the-clock work, and we want to make sure we have everything necessary to give them the best chance. 📦🍼

We don’t have any pictures of the babies just yet to share… so for now, here’s the famous bottle feeding station I built back when I was bottle feeding the Rainbow Sprouts. Back in action again, every 2 hours. 😵‍💫🍼💪

Friends- this is some of the snow from the big snow storm we had! I know, absolutely ridiculous! And .. I was minding my own business and my brother tossed snow on me. It was so cold I took off on a run. A run so fast that I ran out of my snow boots! Then, I had to stop at some weird looking machine throwing snow everywhere. I needed to make sure it didn't come my way, at all, so I gave it a swift and deep warning! But then I ran to hide behind a big snow pile. I thought I was lost forever when I went over the mound! Whew, I'm glad I'm back in the house safe and snuggled up. What a work out!

Hi friends!! Sorry I have been MIA the last couple weeks. I've been taking care of my sick momma.

Mom said she has something that's called Covid. I'm not sure what that is but mom has been saying some naughty words that end in Covid. 🤷

I've been a good girl keeping Mom safe and warm in her bed. I had to keep my zoomies to a minimum. Rude, I know but mom couldn't get out of bed and needed her rest. I guess I will forgive her. The snacks have not been snacking lately either. Woof! That's unacceptable!

However, I did get to go to doggy daycare a couple times to see my boyfriends and play. I love Holli's Pet Care Services!! They have been my best friends since I was 9 weeks old! I guess I can forgive Mom for the lack of snacks with letting me go play with my friends. I really thought I would go into snack withdrawals!! That would have been a travesty.

On another note, we have a big big snow storm coming through the UP. We are supposed to get up to 4' of snow. This my friends IS a travesty!! I just got my yard back from all the snow and ice, now this!!! Shameful! Rude!! Who is in charge of that anyway?!

So, I am going to pout and stay in bed with Mom today. She still is not feeling well.
