We still cannot open the salon due to Penelec not reinstalling the meter for some unknown reason. We had an inspection that was passed yesterday. I was told the meter would be installed today and if there were any problems they would call me. When I got to the salon just now to turn the hot water tank on, the meter was not installed and unsafe with today’s date written on it. I don’t know why as no one called as they said they would.
