A lot of people are asking about the Job I have available. Here is the job description. You are responsible for working front desk and tending the Self Serve Dog Wash.
You are the first and last person customers have an interaction with so it is EXTREMELY important to have a positive attitude and do your best to accommodate each guest!
Duties Include:
โข Front Desk
๏ Greet customers as they enter/exit the building
๏ Be able to operate a cash register and credit card machine
๏ Accurate cash handling
๏ Filing alphabetically
๏ Nail Appointment scheduling
๏ Answering the phone
๏ Communicate with the groomers
๏ Become knowledgeable on products in the store and make suggestions/suggestive sell!
๏ Be able to suggest and sign customers up for appropriate dog training classes
๏ Helping with truck/assisting customers out to their car with heavy items
(must be able to lift 40 pounds)
๏ Stock and rotate products accordingly
๏ Help keep the store cleaned by following the checklists
(vacuuming, mopping, laundry, dusting, and more.)
๏ Other Duties as assigned
โข Self Serve Tub Attendant
๏ Be able to recite step-by-step process for dog washing to new customers.
๏ Anticipate customers needs (soap preference, steps, hoodies, etc.)
๏ Assist with getting dog into the tub, restraining, blow drying, etc.
๏ Be able to cut and dremel dog nails (must be willing to learn.)
๏ Correctly clean, sanitize, and restock a tub after a customer leaves by following the checklist provided to you.
Loving animals, customer service, communication skills, having a positive attitude & the willingness to learn are all a necessity here!
