We are thrilled to announce that Royal Buckeye French Bulldogs has welcomed our third and final litter for the next year and a half! First-time mom Maizlee has absolutely exceeded our expectations and is doing an incredible job caring for her babies. We welcomed three handsome boys and one beautiful girl, including two lilac and tan males, one lilac fawn male, and one stunning lilac fawn merle. These puppies are truly exceptional, backed by health-tested parents, AKC registration through American Kennel Club, and outstanding champion bloodlines. Armani and Maizlee truly hit it out of the park with this litter, producing gorgeous puppies with phenomenal structure, color, and pedigree. We couldn’t be more excited to watch these little ones grow and share their journey with all of you! 🐾💜👑

One of the most important things every French Bulldog owner should have is a well-stocked first aid kit, especially during the hot summer months. Frenchies are a brachycephalic breed, which means they are more prone to overheating and heat-related emergencies. Your first aid kit should include a digital thermometer, cooling towels/ packs, bottled water, saline solution for flushing eyes or wounds, non-stick gauze pads, self-adhesive bandages, antiseptic wipes, diluted lemon juice, Benadryl (only with your veterinarian’s guidance), styptic powder for nail injuries, and emergency contact information for your veterinarian and nearest emergency clinic. You can add several other items as well. We also recommend keeping a cooling vest and portable fan on hand whenever you’re out and about with your Frenchie. Being prepared can make all the difference in an emergency and could potentially save your dog’s life. At Royal Buckeye French Bulldogs, we believe prevention and preparedness are just as important as proper breeding and care.

Went to Marshalls to return a few items and walked out with $300 in puppy toys for their go home bags🤦🏼‍♀️. I couldn’t help it, it was an aquatic line and they were so cute. One of the hardest parts about being a breeder is trying to take a vacation when you have litters that are only 3 and 4 weeks old(we’ve never went on vacay with a litter at home let alone 2). At this age, so much can change in a matter of hours, and there are countless little details that go into caring for them that most people never see (and it did, barely 12 hours out we had an issue). It’s difficult to trust someone else to do things exactly the way you would, especially when you’ve poured your heart into every feeding, cleaning, weight check, and sleepless night. Complications can arise unexpectedly, and as breeders, we’re always thinking three steps ahead.
This trip marked the very first time I’ve ever left my babies with anyone other than one of my boys (even the big dogs…. Yes I know I’m crazy), and while it isn’t easy, it reminded me that it truly takes a village. I am beyond grateful for the people who stepped in, love these puppies like their own, and allowed my family to make memories together. Knowing they were cared for give me peace of mind, and for that, I am incredibly thankful.

🐶Abby- thank you for dealing with the older dogs, and the house. You’ve been amazing!
💗Madi- thank you for taking care of our babies, it’s a lot for anyone to come in and do but you rocked it!!! I know who I’m calling in the future 😉
🐶Natalie- couldn’t ask for a better friend to swing by and check on the babies when we knew something wasn’t right. And of course the extra snuggles paisley gave Grogu 💗
💗Maria- caring for our little guys while we were gone and keeping me updated every step of the way….. I’ve been so worried

While French Bulldogs are genetically predisposed to IVDD due to their structure and breed characteristics, responsible breeding and proper care can help reduce risk. We carefully select breeding dogs with sound structure, prioritize overall health, maintain healthy body condition, and educate our families on the importance of preventing excessive jumping, obesity, and unnecessary strain on the spine. Although no breeder can guarantee a French Bulldog will never develop IVDD, we are committed to doing everything within our power to produce healthy, structurally sound puppies and provide owners with the knowledge needed to help protect their Frenchie throughout its lifetime.
