Helen is available!

Helen is the ultimate velcro dog. She wants nothing more than to be by your side, soaking up every cuddle and ounce of affection you’ll give her. Helen was in a large local shelter and literally hours away from being euthanized. She was so very scared and the loud, scary shelter was overwhelming for her. Out of the shelter she is loving, super sweet and low key. All she needs is "LOVE". She is the perfect Lady - charming, loving, beautiful!

🎀 Helen was sadly surrendered by her previous owner, likely after being used for breeding (vet believes she’s had multiple litters). Thankfully, her days of being used are behind her- now it’s time for *HER to be loved.

🐩 5-year-old 55 lb female standard poodle �🚽 Housebroken�🏠 Crate trained�🐶 🐱👶🏼 Dog, cat, & kid friendly (though we think she'd prefer to be your one-and-only cuddle buddy- *NOT required!)�🐾 Enjoys walks but still learning leash manners�🎾 Not big on toys yet-snuggles are her favorite game�🗣 Still working on basic commands�🩺 Up-to-date on vaccines & just got her first glow-up groom ✂️

⭐️ Helen’s ideal home: Has experience with dogs (bonus points if you've had a poodle/doodle!) Someone home often - remote/work-from-home is perfect. Helen thrives on human connection and companionship.

On another note today is Maddie’s last day! We are beyond proud of her that not only did she deal with us for over 2 years but she’s moving on to Tarleton State University and she is going to do big things! We will miss her so much! I think Aria will miss her Maddie the mostest! Join me is wishing her the best of luck! 💜💜💜💜

It’s been a crazy few months at The Groom Room and I’m posting kind of late on this one. Let’s talk aboutJayci…. She has stuck with us for 4 years now and we are so proud of her… she multi tasks daily and is the best groomer she can be! She is on fire 🔥 crushing everything she does. Full time groomer, Full time Mama, on the deans list for ACU, and training for a marathon! We love you Jayci and glad you are such an important part of The Groom Room!
