We are considering offering a public Mindfulness with Horses clinic and would love to see who might be interested! 🐴🧘‍♀️

This would be a unique experience focused on slowing down, reconnecting, reducing stress, and being present — all while interacting with horses in a supportive, peaceful environment. No horse experience would be needed.

This type of clinic may especially benefit:
• Adults feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or burned out
• Teens needing confidence-building and emotional regulation skills
• Caregivers, teachers, healthcare workers, or first responders
• Individuals working on anxiety, mindfulness, or self-care
• Teams or groups wanting connection and communication skills
• Anyone simply needing time to unplug and reset

Activities may include guided mindfulness exercises, horse interactions, groundwork activities, reflection, and optional riding depending on the event format.

There was something special in the air at our recent Mindfulness Clinic with VAFB ✨

Between quiet moments in the saddle, the steady rhythm of hoofbeats, and the simple presence of our horses, this group showed up ready to slow down, breathe, and truly connect. Watching everyone settle in, let go of the outside noise, and become more present was exactly why we do what we do.

Horses have a way of reflecting what we bring into the space—no judgment, just honesty. And this crew leaned into that in the best way. From grounding exercises to mindful riding, each moment built on the last, creating a space for clarity, connection, and a little bit of peace.

We’re so grateful to VAFB for trusting us with your team. It was an honor to host you and witness the growth, laughter, and calm that unfolded throughout the morning.

Happy tears!

It’s finally official so I’m willing to share. Winston’s owners offered him to me after seeing how much progress he’s made and how safe and happy he is here. We are so grateful for the opportunity and have some big non riding (yet) plans for him!
