She’s baaaaaaack…. Almost
My former boss and current friend is coming back in a few weeks! I’ve been so blessed to have her support through this whole endeavor and I’m so happy she’s feeling better and ready to get back to what she does best!
If you’ve been waiting for Jenn’s return, she’ll be back 9/9. You can call her shop at (860) 265-2390 and leave her a message for an appointment upon her return. She’ll be popping in randomly to check messages so please be patient but she WILL get back to you.

Curry Chiropractic… my lifeline.
Many of you know that I had emergency spinal surgery in February when I woke up unable to use my left leg. Without over sharing I’ll just say that that surgery was scary, expensive & just about pointless. It got me moving for about a month until the symptoms began to return. I went to Curry Chiropractic because of their great reputation and since day 1 I’ve been so happy with the care they provide, it’s unlike any other place I’ve tried. They quite literally keep me moving and doing what I love.
So if you ask when to pickup and I say “by 4 because I have to be to the chiropractor by 5” now you know why!
And if you need a chiropractor, give them a call. Tell them I sent ya 😉

Another one at the very top of my list is Southwood Barber Shop. This man and his kindness are the very reason I have this perfect little shop right in the neighborhood I grew up in. He didn’t just point me in the right direction, he made a phone call on the spot - for a stranger.
So often I hear “You got this together quick!” or “What a great space!” And it’s all because of the kindness of this wonderful man. Not to mention all of the people who’ve come in with fresh cuts asking for a business card because “my barber sent me over!”
Go check him out! He’s good people. 💕
