Good morning, valued clients,

We want to share some important news regarding Haley's health and grooming services.

Unfortunately, Haley is currently dealing with ongoing complications from a back injury sustained during labor and delivery. She is now undergoing several specialty appointments to determine the best course of treatment, and surgery is still a possibility at this point.

Due to this, Haley will be unable to provide any grooming services until a full care plan is established and she is cleared to return. This has been a very difficult decision, as she truly misses all of her beloved furry friends and the relationships she has built with you.

As for boarding, Haley is limiting the number of dogs she can care for each week to ensure each pup receives the attention they need without compromising her recovery.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to message us here. We appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support during this time.

❗️❗️❗️❗️Attention All Clients❗️❗️❗️❗️

Due to complications following the birth of baby Baylor, Haley will be unable to return to grooming for at least the next 4–6 weeks.

We understand this may be concerning for her regular clients, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

If you are currently scheduled, Haley will be reaching out to you directly. She is working alongside an assistant to coordinate a very limited schedule, as she is under medical restrictions and cannot lift over 10 lbs until cleared.

We kindly ask for your support and mindfulness as we navigate this temporary situation. We will continue to post updates as we receive them from Haley and her care team.

Exciting News! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Baylor Don, who was welcomed into the world on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025! 🌟

At this time, we kindly ask for your patience as Haley takes the time to heal and cherish these special moments with their newest family member. 💖

As a result, our business will remain closed until the last week in April. Be sure to stay tuned for updates throughout the next 8 weeks as we continue to celebrate this beautiful new chapter.

Important Policy Update – Effective Immediately

Due to ongoing boundary violations, we are implementing a zero-tolerance policy regarding access to our home and private property. With a new baby on the way, we kindly ask for your respect and cooperation in maintaining our privacy.

Effective immediately:
🐾 The home doors are not a point of access for customers.

🐾Entry to the property is by appointment only.
Calls and messages will be responded to as availability allows.

🐾Trespassing near or on the side of the driveway where the house is located will not be tolerated.

🐾Violators will be subject to trespassing tickets and permanent removal from our boarding and grooming services.

Unfortunately, some have assumed that because we live on-site, our home and personal time are available 24/7. This is not the case. Please respect our family’s privacy as we prepare for this exciting new chapter.

🐾🐾Attention Suds & Buds Customers. 🐾🐾

Please read in entirety for updates and changes coming in 2025.

Haley & Family are excited to announce the soon arrival of our baby boy the end of February. With that will be some much-needed time off and family time.

🐾Starting January 1st, 2025, we will be accepting CASH & CHECK ONLY as our credit card processing fees are way too high. We will have the credit card machine as an emergency backup but note there will be a 3.5% service charge if needing to be used.

Boarding:

🐾We will be closed the month of March and Most of April with a tentative return date of Tuesday April 22nd.

🐾We are scaling back our boarding availability and limiting our dogs per night to ensure they are getting the attention and care they need. As a soft opening in April there will be limited space for 10 dogs per night. Please call with those reservations.

Grooming -

🐾Haley is returning to the groom shop in 2025 Wednesday and Thursdays ONLY!

🐾 If you would like to get in the schedule before the baby arrives and immediately at opening in April, please send a TEXT to our work phone 608-697-5712. Please be aware that changes may be required as everything with babies and delivery can change in a heartbeat.

Thanksgiving is just a few days away. As many of you that have been following our page the last few years know I partner with 608 Nutrition to host a FREE Thanksgiving Meal. We offer Dine in, Take out, and DELIVERY!

This is our 3rd annual year hosting the Portage and Pardeeville areas and providing this meal. Our location has changed to City of Refuge Church also known as the "Skate Rink" in portage. We hope to see you all there.
