The only thing protecting horses exploited in NYC’s horse-drawn carriage industry is NYCLASS’s Carriage Horse Heat Relief Bill!

The drivers' complaints prove they don't care about their horses & would still be forcing them to work no matter the heat if there were no laws 😞
