Today's special dog is Dallas!! He may be a cute little baby, but this boy has one Texas-sized personality (and two Texas-sized ears)💜 Dallas originally came to our shelter as a newborn puppy who was quickly placed in a foster home with his siblings to grow. He has since been adopted and returned for.... being a heeler mix puppy 😅 Yes, he's energetic, stalks you, and must have something in his mouth at all times, but we understand that's only nature! He is friendly with dogs who can keep up with his rowdy nature, potty trained, and very affectionate with literally everyone he meets. Tiny babies may be on the fragile side for his lifestyle, but older kids are certainly candidates for friendship. This boy has so much love to give (and chaos to inflict), and he can't wait to find the right family for the job. Contact us with questions, or come and see what Dallas is all about in person!

It's International Cat Day!
Of course we're going to take this opportunity to promote some cats 😜 our planet kittens have been here for a few weeks now with little interest. They may be a bit shy, but they love to purr and play (especially when we're not looking). Check out our super helpful study tool below to meet them!

Today's Featured Dog is ANGELO!
This sweet boy came to us as a classic July 4th scaredy cat. He had a doggy friend who has since been adopted, but he's not letting the loss of one friend stop him from making others. This boy is seriously dog friendly, submissive, SO cheerful, and doesn't know a stranger. His training? Nonexistent. But he wants to make you happy and will listen for a treat, a smile, a pet... anything positive, Angie soaks it up. With half off adoptions this month, we can't help but excessively promote all the incredible animals in our shelter! Today's spotlight is for two of our adult kitties who may otherwise be overlooked in favor of our kittens. They have their differences, but what they have in common is their affectionate nature and love of a good spoiling. If you think you're up for the job, come and meet them before they're gone!
