The barnyard suffered a great loss this weekend.
These are the kinds of weekends that make you want to throw in the towel and call it quits.
Our sweet boy passed away early this morning from what we believe was a urinary blockage, a condition that is unfortunately often fatal in male goats.
Clotus was my very first bottle baby. He taught us so much and gave us even more love. He followed us everywhere we went and never failed to make us smile.
His favorite treats were watermelon, and he adored all of his ladies. During the day, you’d usually find him stretched out in the shade for a nap or playing with his best buddy, Fiyero, our donkey.
This one hit us hard. The barnyard won’t be the same without him, and there’s a huge hole in our hearts where he should be.
Run free, sweet Clotus. Thank you for every cuddle, every laugh, and every memory. You will always be loved and never forgotten sweet boy. ❤️🐐
