Over the past year I have been working diligently to attend classes in Ortho-Bionomy, not only to further my skillset as a body worker, but to heal my own physical self, opening up more possibility to facilitate healing in the bodies of my clients.

My bodywork career began in 2014 when I attended Three Oaks Academy of Massage in Boise. It has turned into a passionate career that I am very excited to expand on!

Throughout this bodywork journey, I have repeatedly found healing, both physically and emotionally, within myself. It is my greatest desire and highest achievement to act as a facilitator for this same healing within those I touch. I remind myself daily: I am not here to affect change within your body, merely to form lines of communication to allow your body to heal itself.

For the past year I have been able to financially cover the expense of classes every other month. This year, I have the opportunity to attend 9 different classes over the next 7 months. Many of these classes are required for my certification with the Society of Ortho-Bionomy, but also incredibly important to further my skillset and knowledge base within my daily practice.

Because of the tighter schedule for this class set, I have decided to reach out to my community to request some help with tuition costs. I’ve created three different opportunities for those willing to support this endeavor:

1. Donation: for those wanting to simply make a donation with no expectation in return

2. Loan: for those wanting to help, but also requesting a payback schedule

3. Prepaid sessions: for those wanting to help with the upfront cost of classes and willing to accept paced repayment in bodywork sessions over a series of months.

Each of my classes range between $300-600

I’ve been offering bodywork for pets since coming back to the field. It’s been a unique and interesting challenge!

But lately, I seem to have finally tapped into the systems most commonly effected by our beloved pets, and the results are PHENOMENAL!!

Through my human bodywork practice, I’ve been finding an absolute correlation between chronic pain/inflammation (which can lead to hormonal deregulation, mood instability, etc) and a needy lymphatic system. Once released, which typically takes 2-3 sessions, the body begins to feel open, processes its old junk, and the client feels functional again!

So with these incredible results in people, I had to bring this work to our furry friends. But without an ability to communicate the issues at play, it’s a lot more guess work and trial and error. Taking notes and seeing changes reflected in the structure and soundness of both dogs and cats, I’m finding a roadmap of correlation between the presenting symptom and root issue in the body.

We are making BIG changes lately!! Hormonal dysregulation in spayed/neutered pets can have side effects that present as allergies!

Within 2 sessions of prostate/ovary balance, these seemingly highly allergic dogs are finding peace and systemic healing, no longer exhibiting chronic inflammatory response!
