They make me a better listener.
A better observer.
A better more compassionate human.
I’ll never stop learning from them because they are always teaching.

A true test of patience and self control. For dogs that are impulsive and often act without thinking, the more you can practice patience exercises, waiting games, and getting your dog to embrace a calm and relaxed state of mind, the better they’ll get at thinking before they act. When you are clear and consistent with your boundaries and expectations, dogs are happy to comply! 🐶🐾

Extremely proud of them for staying put until released despite the distractions around them!😭👏🏼

It’s not how you start, but how you progress! Rome wasn’t built in one day and neither were we. It takes time, effort, dedication and consistency to reach goals. Enjoy the process and embrace the journey.

Another hike done!

There is an art to walking a pack of dogs safely and in a way that nourishes them mentally and physically and that is what I aim to do everyday.
