Could not be more proud to share that Perry successfully completed his 3-peat in Tulsa at the POAC National Congress, once again being named Grand Champion Stallion! To accomplish a feat that hasn't happened in almost 50 years and has only occurred one other time in the history of the breed is quite an honor and we couldn't be more proud of our small, but mighty boy.
You might find yourself wondering, "what's so special about that Perry pony...?" I'd love the opportunity to share what makes him so special (in my probably biased opinion)! Perry is very well balanced and smooth blending, which affords him a really strong profile, with a correct top line. He's got a very clean, shapely neck and a great neck to shoulder tie-in. You will be hard pressed to find a stallion with more correct legs and feet. But, what probably sets him apart the most is that intangible "something special" that can't be fit or trained into a pony - he was simply born with it. And, when all else is even in the arena...he has a special little angel on his side. 🦋
