Important Garmin Dog Product Policy Update 🐕
(We don’t agree with Garmin’s decision on this policy change, but we will do what we can to help our customers through it.)
Garmin has announced: Effective June 30, 2026, they will no longer allow dealers to handle non-warranty repairs or exchanges on dog products (collars & trackers). Garmin would like all non-warranty service after that date to go directly to them at 800-800-1020.
What this means for you:
• Warranty and out-of-box issues → Give us a call, we can still handle these for you.
• For Non-warranty repairs → Garmin Requests Customers Contact Garmin Directly @ 800-800-1020

If you’re one of our current Leader of the pack members, Rest assured— We’ll personally find a solution that works for you through this process change, whether we need to bring back our Loan program or we have to replace your gear with new stuff. You pay each month for us to find a way and keep you hunting.
