Happy Tails Mobile Pet Care is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced groomer to join our team in the Chicagoland area. This role is built for groomers who want to focus on grooming — not chasing appointments, answering phones, or handling the business side.

We handle:
• Scheduling
• Marketing
• Customer communication
• Route planning & logistics

You focus on:
• Grooming
• Building relationships with dogs & pet parents
• Delivering high-quality work in a calm, one-on-one environment

We’re building a premium mobile grooming company centered around quality, professionalism, and genuinely great care for pets.

What we’re looking for:
🐾 2+ years of professional grooming experience
🐾 Strong breed-specific grooming skills
🐾 Someone who takes pride in their craft
🐾 Comfortable driving a grooming van
🐾 A true pet lover

Compensation is production-based with aligned incentives — as the business grows, your earning potential grows with it. We believe grooming should be a career, not just a job.
