Sweet baby boy Elvis arrived to us on Saturday and has felt under the weather ever since.

He’s currently at Tri-Town Veterinary Hospital for an exam, bloodwork, and some other things to see if we can’t get him feeling better. 🥺

We don’t know his story, or why he ended up in a shelter running out of time, but we know we have his back and remain committed to ensuring he receives the best care and starts to hopefully feel better, asap 🤞🏽

With a heat warning the rest of the week please keep your pets in mind! Limit outdoor time, keeps pets in AC as often as possible and always make sure water is available! Never leave your pets in a parked car, the temps can rise drastically and check pavement temperatures before going on a walk.

Here is a list of heat stroke signs. If any of these are notices please call us right away or go to the closest emergency vet near you and heat stroke can be very dangerous!

🚨 Attention 🚨

Please take note for the outside garbage at the clean up station (see picture below). It is not for Tim Hortons cups, car garbage or anything else other than p**p bags. Adding other garbage makes a significant mess and it is difficult to clean up. We ask that all other garbage be placed in the garbage can inside the vestibule as you walk in the building. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

TriTown would like to announce and welcome Dr. Megan Dudek.
She will be joining our practice at the beginning of July and we are thrilled to welcome her into the TriTown family! You can read about her below.

Dr. Megan Dudek was born and raised in Western New York. An avid violinist, she originally attended SUNY Fredonia where she received a Bachelor’s degree in music business. She spent
several years working in the Buffalo music industry before deciding to return to school to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. Megan attended the University at
Buffalo for her pre-veterinary studies, and received her doctorate of veterinary medicine from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024. As a student, she was inducted
into the Phi Zeta veterinary honor society Alpha chapter.

Dr. Dudek’s professional interests include emergency medicine, management of critical care patients, and sports medicine and rehabilitation. She is BLS and ALS certified through the
RECOVER initiative, and is also Fear Free certified.
