Please be aware that new drop off and pick up hours (and increased prices) are now in effect.
New drop off times are from 9:30am-10:00am. I close and lock the door at 10:00am and don't answer or unlock it until pick up time at 5:00pm.
Please respect the locked door.

A few new things coming up.
First of all, I am not going to retire in January like I thought.
Second, I need to raise prices. My overhead has gone up - a lot. Please don't try and make me feel bad about, I already feel bad enough. The truth of the matter is, when it's all said and done, I make $12-$14 an hour. I might as well go to work at BK for that amount, but I like what I do.
Third, there will be new drop off and pick up times (starting in September). One of things that drives groomers crazy is interruptions. So I'm going to try to lessen then.
Drop offs will be 9:30-10:00 and pick up 5:00-5:30. Between those times, the door will be locked. Please respect the locked door and CLOSED sign during those hours.
If you forget your appointment, you will have to wait until your next scheduled one. I won't call to remind you. The constant shuffling and rearranging has gotten to be difficult.
Also, if you call it text after hours or in the weekend, I probably won't return a call or text until the work week starts again.
Sorry to come across so harsh but if I want to continue to be open, I have to implement some changes.

Alternatives could be trazadone or xanax among other options. Talk to your vet NOW before it is too late. Today is the day to contact them not later in the week. You pet is required to be up to date on an exam (within the last year) to be legally prescribed medications. This is a federal law not a ploy to get you to spend more at the vet.
