Not that we feel this needs to be addressed but I guess maybe it does.

This is a season that can bring bad weather,cold temps and worse of all-illness. We try not to reschedule unless absolutely necessary such as illness. Unfortunately, emergencies do come up that require us to reschedule and while that isn’t always ideal for everyone we appreciate everyone’s understanding when we do! We don’t charge for missed appointments or no shows because once again we know accidents or emergencies can happen.

We just wanted to express our appreciation for those that are so kind to us when life just throws a bump in the road. It’s because of you that make everything we have possible we love all our customers and our whole community!

Due to freezing temperatures, our Ellwood salon will have to close today for the safety of our staff and clients.

We will resume normal business hours for the rest of the week.

🐾 Meet Madison, our newest pet stylist! 🐾

Madison graduated high school from LLTC in 2025, where she specialized in the Veterinary Technician program from 10th - 12th grade. During her senior year she completed an internship at Grand Paws Pet Salon, gaining hands-on experience in professional pet care. After graduating, Madison continued her education at Pampered Pet school of pet grooming where she proudly graduated on January 7th, 2026.
With a lifelong love for animals and strong passion for the pet industry, Madison is excited to begin her career and provide quality, compassionate care to every pet she works with. We’re so happy to have her on our team! 🐶✨
