Look at that FAAAACE!! 😍 Clark is a sweet man with zero confidence. He has that hound bark that throws everyone off. He was a foster and his owners are very diligent with getting him to a comfortable space. He’s got a lot of anxiety and flight and freeze responses for a majority of his surroundings. He didn’t pass his daycare evaluation so he’s in for a 2 weeks board and train to gain confidence, build trust with his handlers and learn to asses situations calmly. He’s on day 2 and he is already doing amazing!

Sir Riley was in for a week to work on impulse control. He gets overstimulated and over corrects like a mother. We did e-collar training to help his owner correct in a timely manner. He’ll be back for some day training to perfect behaviors before going back to daycare. But oh my gosh is he a little floofy lover!!

My sweet Willow was boarding with us this past week while her family was on vacation. We worked on proper play with other dogs, greet people nicely and leash walking. Shes such a precious girl and LOVES Capone. Emmy would say “that’s her little bestie.”

Miss Annie just completed her 2 week board and train for confidence building and resource guarding. We did an e-collar on beep and vibrate (she’s a sensitive soul and didn’t much). We also worked on conditioned relaxation to help her assess situations before popping off. I’ll miss this girl but she does daycare next door so I get to see her often 😊

Annie would like to know if anyone has extra crates they want to get rid of? Preferable 36” and bigger.
Her trainer said she’ll pay for them and would love it if you could deliver them to the training center.

CANINE GOOD CITIZEN IS READY TO ROLL!
starting the first Thursday in August at 5:30pm and running for 6 weeks.

This is open to all ages, breeds and skill level!
Class fee is $199 for all 6 weeks.

I will cap the class at 10 dogs so get in early so your spot is secure!

Practicing neutrality while passing other dogs. We also worked on how to meet and greet other dogs and humans appropriately. Everyone did so good!
