DO NOT USE SQUARE
I will no longer be accepting credit cards. Cash only.
I have been trying for months now to receive the payment from a wonderful customer, who's cc went through on their side and square's side, but square had refused to transfer over to my bank account. After doing everything they said, they refused to tell me what was wrong with the customers card or what to fix on my invoice to make right.
Square has a phone number help line that is BLOCKED to customers and directs you to a chat line every time you call it. If you ask to talk on the phone they have to unblock your number to talk to someone in a foreign country who doesnt do anything to help you. Sometimes they direct you to the number to talk to someone, your number remains blocked, you never get through... you end up back on the chat line asking why you can't get through just for them to waste YOUR TIME and tell you that no one is actually available to talk to you and they will contact you via email-- THAT NEVER COMES. This has happened multiple times and the only way you actually receive an email from someone is if you, by the grace of God, make it up to a manager via phone.
I have been arguing for months now over an issue that never seems to be solved and they keep me jumping through hoops and I have STILL not received payment.
DON'T USE SQUARE
I promise they don't care about you or your problems.
