I bet the remaining 100 horses there will find homes in Colorado fast. If not, the BLM knows I’ll take some. Love my mustangs!!
It’s a shame the costs killed this program, because programs like this are not perfect but mutually beneficial. Helps prisoners, the horses and adopters.
