The boys are starting to open their eyes a bit! We got a great after-school surprise when the kids were having puppy snuggle time and Mr. Blue aka Noodle opened his eyes to say hello. Mr. Orange aka Bailey doesn’t quite have visible eyeballs but is starting the blinking motions and will have eyes open before we know it!

Maggie’s Puppies Are One Week Old! 🐾💙

Maggie’s puppies are officially one week old! What a whirlwind of a week it has been. ❤️

As we shared, Maggie went into labor last Wednesday night. Throughout Wednesday night and into Thursday morning, she delivered two healthy boys. Afterward, her labor slowed, Maggie seemed to settle, and we thought we might be welcoming just two puppies.

A few hours later, though, I began to sense that something wasn’t quite right. We rushed Maggie to our vet, where we discovered that she still had two puppies remaining—and one was stuck in the birth canal. Maggie was rushed in for an emergency C-section, but sadly, the additional puppies could not be saved. 💔

Soon after surgery, Maggie was reunited with her two boys, and we headed home to begin the healing and recovery process together. Through it all, Maggie has been an incredible new mama. She immediately took to motherhood and has been incredibly attentive and devoted to her boys.

And these two little guys are doing so well! They are growing like weeds and are already over 2 pounds each! Their little noses have turned black, and they are doing wonderfully with their Early Neurological Stimulation.

We are looking forward to spoiling these two boys absolutely rotten during their time with us! While they both already have families eagerly awaiting them, we’ll continue sharing their journey over the next seven weeks so everyone can follow along and share in the love we already have for these sweet boys.

The firstborn is a healthy little boy, and mom is doing great. We’re so excited to welcome the first of this litter into the world and can’t wait to meet his siblings as they arrive!

Mama Maggie has been working very hard with all the eating and sleeping to grow her puppies! This weekend we have been feeling all the puppy kicks, listening to the sweet speedy heartbeats, and discovered that mama’s milk has come in. We anticipate that the puppies will be here within the next week or so!!! In the meantime, here is a clip of a puppy heartbeat on our fetal Doppler.

🎉Have you been waiting for a big announcement about Maggie?? 🎉

We are thrilled to share that this evening we were able to confirm heartbeats and Miss Maggie Mae is expecting🩷🩵🩷🩵 Puppies should be born in late July and be ready for new families at the end is September!

We are beginning to accept deposits for puppies now that we have confirmation! To begin we will take 3 male and 3 female deposits. Once the litter is officially here and we have a final puppy count, we will open up deposits for the rest of the puppies.

Puppy selection will be scheduled in the order that we receive deposits. Please reach out to us for more information and with all your questions!

Timber Goldens is excited to announce that our beautiful English Cream Golden Retriever, Maggie, is currently in heat and we are seeing great signs of a successful breeding with Nash!

If all goes as planned, we are expecting a gorgeous litter of light-colored puppies around the end of July. 🐾✨
