Client Spotlight ✨

What does tackling reactivity look like? Today for Abby, it was sitting downtown, observing people go by at a distance she felt was safe.

Abby was able to:
✔️ Observe people without reacting
✔️ Check in frequently with me
✔️ Recover quickly if she felt unsure

It isn’t about shutting off or suppressing the barking. It is helping Abby feel safer and teaching her that scary people predict good things for her.

Good work today Ab’s 💟

A peek into Puppy Steps socializing class 😍

Puppy class isn’t about rushing progress — it’s about building confidence. 💛
We let each puppy warm up at their own speed so they can observe, process, and choose to engage when they’re ready. Last week sweet Kaia was so shy she chose to stay in her pen with her mom & watch class. This week she came into class, tail wagging & played with Zenta for the first time 🌟

When puppies feel safe instead of pressured, they learn faster, build resilience, and create positive associations that last a lifetime.
