Becky’s Pet Parlor is in need of help.
Our parking lot is currently flooding everytime we get a rain. The problem is not on my property, the culvert that runs under the railroad tracks and unto my neighbors property is clogged.
I have been talking with people for years trying to find a solution. The Company that owns the tracks says it’s not their problem. Also the neighbor has no interest in fixing the problem since his house is not being damaged.
If anyone has ideas on how to help us please let me know. Last estimate I had was $10,000 to fix the problem on someone else’s property.
