Starting today I will be temporarily closing Hair Of The Dog Pet Grooming Salon LLC.

As many of you know, this isn't my first time having to close down, but I have to do it again. I have finally accepted that I am disabled. Because of that, I am unable to operate my business to the standard that I myself and this community deserve.

To be completely honest, I am no longer a safety to myself. Because of that, I am a hazard to your pet, and your animals mean too much to me to risk that.
The good news is that I have finally found a surgeon and a hospital that will accommodate a very scary major surgery. We don't know the outcome until after the surgery is done.

I want to take all the pressure off myself right now so I can just focus on healing. I am fighting hard, and | don't believe this will happen, but I want to be honest: if you don't hear an announcement from me that I am back, it means the salon has closed permanently.

If this does end up being my final chapter with the business, please know that I am so incredibly grateful for the years this community has supported me and my family, especially through all of my hardships.
Sometimes I low-key feel like I failed you, but please know I always gave you my absolute best.
