I had the pleasure of giving this sweet girl a well deserved Spa Day! She will make someone an AWESOME pet. We had her all day. It took a LONG time to get the mildewed pelted marring off. She is quiet and laid back. She warmed up to me quickly. No accidents. She wanted OUT to potty. She was unsure that she wanted to come back in, so we left her out a bit. I know she was stressed. Within minutes she was on that bench in the picture looking in at me, wanting in. I hope she gets the best home!! She will with have that "EASIER" to maintain hair too! Her new groomer will love her as well. She trusted me with the clippers and all. Terrified of our tub and the sprayer.....But perfect for the blow drying💕🐾

Exciting News from Our Goldilocks II Family!
Most of you know that my daughter Dani has been eagerly waiting to adopt twins—and they’re here! 💗💙 Baby Reese and Baby Jace made their early arrival on Tuesday at just 28 weeks and are currently in the NICU in South Birmingham. Despite their early debut, both babies are doing incredibly well and growing stronger every day!

We are beyond thrilled to welcome them into our family, and Dani, Matt, and Rhett are over the moon with love and gratitude.

With this new chapter, Dani will be stepping away from Goldilocks II to focus on her growing family. While we’ll miss her dearly in the shop, we’re excited to welcome Angel, who has experience in the pet grooming industry and a heart for animals. You’ll start seeing her friendly face around, and your pups will continue to get the same loving care and pampering you expect from us!

Thank you all for your continued support, and please keep those sweet babies—and Dani’s family—in your thoughts and prayers. 💕

💢Big News for Goldilocks II Pet Grooming! 🐾✂️

After more than 26 wonderful years in business, and 3 years of welcoming you to our Elkmont location, I have some exciting news — we are making one final move in the the next few months or so!

Goldilocks II Pet Grooming will be moving to our family farm, Crooked Cedars, in beautiful Bunker Hill, TN. It’s about 20 miles from our current spot, and will be our forever home — a peaceful country setting where your pets can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

This wasn’t a decision I took lightly. You and your pets are like family to me, and I want you to know this move will only make your experience better. At Crooked Cedars, we’ll have more space, a quieter setting, and room to grow into new services like BOARDING and spa days — while still offering the same high-quality grooming you’ve trusted for years.
I understand this drive may not work for everyone, and I want to give you plenty of time to plan. Whether you’re able to follow me again or need to find someone closer, I am grateful for every year of trust, loyalty, and friendship you’ve shared with me and your pets.
