Big Day for Double J Corriente Cattle Company LLC, picked up our brand new squeeze chute set up from HWY FEED LLC, Platteville-Cuba City. We bought the deluxe Tuff Built chute with palpation cage, 10’ alley with scale, and a 14’ tub. This will greatly increase our productivity all while better handling the cattle.

Meet Pepper, she’s our Corriente/Longhorn cross, she was our first to become “domesticated”. She’s certainly not fast (which is ok), and she doesn’t go without missing a meal (which is ok as well). She will stand still while you rope her off a horse for practice, she really doesn’t care, but when it comes to her range cubes, now she’s moving!
