I have a very good friend looking to rehome her pup "Baby". She came from the shelter and seems to have been possibly beat with a belt and other objects by a man. She's between 4-5 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, and a shepherd/hound mix. She lives in an apartment with a young couple and their new baby. She has recently gotten very protective/possessive over the baby and mom. She is not mean but just seems unsure of what to do with dad as baby has recently started moving around more. She was adopted last year and has really progressed wonderfully until the baby started moving around. She used to hide under tables and beds all the time, now she's out most of the time but will hide when scared. She needs a lot of rehabilitation work and a loving family that has more time than this young couple does. She lives with a male dog and gets along great, unsure about cats and should be in a home with adults and/or older children who can help work with her as things can scare her easily. If you or someone you know would be willing to help this sweet girl and give her a loving forever home please reach out to me and I can put you in contact with her owners. No shaming they're just trying to do what's best for her and their family!
