Help Wanted: Kennel Technician/Maintenance

We are seeking a Kennel Technician/Maintenance to join our team at Waggin Tails Dog Resort. This position requires a strong understanding of dog and cat care, as well as a willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Cleaning dog and cat kennels
- Bathing dogs
- Performing janitorial duties, including dishwashing and laundry
- Handling, feeding, and caring for animals in the kennel
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Demonstrating physical ability to lift objects weighing over 25 to 50 pounds regularly
- Working in a noisy environment
- Multitasking and switching tasks as needed
- Working independently with self-motivation
- Customer relations, including assisting with dog check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintenance, w**d eating, mowing, and general repairs

Compensation:

Pay is contingent upon experience and qualifications.

Near Hext Oklahoma, between Sayre and Erick. These dogs have been on this dirt road for a week now. A really nice lady is driving out each day to take them food and water. Please share and help find the owners.

THE LIFE OF A KENNEL TECHNICIAN: As a kennel technician, you must be willing to work up to 40 hours per week. Must be available to work weekends and some holidays as determined by schedule requirements. DUTIES • Cleaning dog and cat kennels. Bathing Dogs. Janitorial duties including dishes, laundry, etc. • Handle, feed & care for the animals in the kennel • Perform other related duties as assigned. Physical ability to lift over 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis. • Able to work in a loud work environment. • Ability to multi-task and switch tasks as needed. • Must be able to work without supervision- self- motivated.

Can anyone help this dog? West of Sayre Oklahoma near Salvation Road. There was two but one was run over. Young maybe six months old. The man said he is feeding it but can touch it. It will follow him around and sniff his hands and legs. If you know the owner or can help take this dog DM me and I’ll give you the number.

Must be available to work weekends and partial days and some holidays as determined by schedule requirements. DUTIES • Cleaning dog and cat cages. Janitorial duties including dishes, laundry, etc. • Handle, feed & care for the animals in the kennel • Perform other related duties as assigned. Physical ability to lift over 25 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds on occasion. • Physical ability to restrain animals which are occasionally non-compliant. • Willing to work holidays and weekends. • Able to work in a loud work environment. • Ability to multi-task and switch tasks as needed. • Must be able to work without supervision- self- motivated
