"Mom? Mom! Mooooom!?!?!?"

A face every human mother knows well - when you're trying to get something done, or some time to yourself....and every.single.time there is some sort of "crisis" that needs Mom's immediate attention. Dog Mom's get that too!

In this case, Nessie is starting to wean them, so she has been spending more time out of the whelping box. She was eating her dinner behind me, and I couldn't help but laugh at the puppies' antics to try to get Mom's attention!

They are growing up so fast - 4 weeks old!

This stage is so much fun; they have found their voices so there is an adorable range of barks, growls, and playful yaps. They still sleep in a puppy-pile with mom, and can now reach Nessie to nurse sitting up - which involves them putting their little paws up on mom's belly, it's so stinking cute!

Only 3 weeks old, and they all brought it for their Puppy Photo Shoot today!
