G&KA Jagdterrier At G&KA Jadgterriers we breed and sell quality, well adjusted, hard hunting Jadgterriers that are raised in a family environment.

We are located in Elizabeth, Colorado. We are a family breeding operation dedicated to keeping Jadgterriers working and playing as they were intended. We hunt our terriers on hogs but have some pups going to bird hunting homes as well. We strive for well adjusted dogs that can work and play with your family. The Jadgterrier is a breed of working Terrier used for game above and below ground. Also c

alled the German Hunting Terrier they are a big dog in a little package. Typically between 19 -21 pounds they make good family pets as long as they have an outlet for their hunting energy. They can be used for blood tracking or for hunting a variety of game. Ours are used to hunt wild hogs and for blood trailing. All are dogs and puppies are PLL tested and UKC registered.

Heinrich and Gretchen have found a home!

Heinrich and Gretchen are once again looking for a home! The previous family that was interested backed out due to work schedules.

We have two adult Jagdterriers looking for a home. A friend of ours recently passed away leaving these two without a home. They are both from previous litters at our kennel.
Ideally we would like them to go to the same home as they are bonded.

Gretchen (4/15/2016) is 8 and a spayed female and Heinrich (11/10/22) is almost 2 and a neutered male. Gretchen does have pannus and will need medicated eye drops for the rest of her life.

It would be best if these two were the only pets in the home. Gretchen has a history of not getting along with many other dogs, but she gets along great with Heinrich. We have no idea what they are like around cats, so we would recommend they don't live with any. With the right family, additional dogs in the home could be considered.

We know we are looking for a very specific family, but we want to give these guys the best life possible. Please reach out if you would like to give these two a great home!

Purple collar will most likely be a short, smooth coated dog. He is from a Mini x Webley cross.

Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is proud to announce our new Game Warden K9 Team, Warden Winters and K9 Tito. K9 Tito is a Jagdterrier with lots of drive. K9 Tito is currently being trained for Police Search and Rescue (PSAR), which includes tracking, off lead area searches (SAR), collapsed structures, and evidence article recovery. Once certified in PSAR, K9 Tito will continue his training in detection work; becoming TPWD’s second Wildlife Detection K9. Thank you to all of our supporters and we wish our new team all the best!

We are very happy to announce that we have a litter of puppies from Mini and Webley.

We have a substantial wait list that we will be going through in the next couple weeks. Those of you on that list will be contacted if we have a puppy available for you.
If you are not on the wait list and are interested in future litters please PM us.

Our next litter will be planned for the fall/winter of 2021.
