We are looking for someone who is willing to work full time (40hrs/week), and weekends are required. We are hiring for our Animal Care Technician position. The Animal Care Technician is responsible for providing daily care and enrichment for the animals in our shelter. This role requires a combination of physical labor, animal handling skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal welfare and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our animals.

Event Announcement! 📣 We are doing the Easter Egg Hunt offsite this year and thanks to Chubby's Farm & Fest Park there will be lots of fun things to do and vendors to see. Keep an eye on their page for more event details! We will also have dogs and cats available for adoption ❤️🐾

If you would like to donate plastic Easter eggs to help with the event please bring them to the shelter by April 12th.

We appreciate everyone’s continued support and look forward to another fun event to raise money for the animals here at the SPCA.

Behind every adoption story, there's a new beginning. We've recently welcomed some amazing animals to our shelter, each with their own story to tell❤️ We currently have 49 Dogs and 87 Cats in our care! ⚠️URGENT! WE NEED YOUR HELP⚠️
As you can tell, we have recently been getting an overwhelming amount of stray dogs in. We now have a total of 58 dogs (and counting) in our custody. Our intakes are way up, and our adoptions are down.
We cannot continue to take in animals if we don't have the space to do so. We are trying our best to avoid euthanizing for space, but it is getting close to that point.
We are looking for people who are wanting to adopt! We are also searching for rescues/shelters who have availability to potentially transfer a dog (or dogs) to their facility.
