Ending our weekend with the sweet man earning his Dock Junior Excellent II title ✌🏼

Both him and Makena were flying this time around. The last time they jumped was in November 2025, and they haven’t seen the Tonopaws pool since 2022.

🎾Their last event, Denali was jumping consistently around 8-9ft. This weekend he was jumping 11-13ft with his best being a 13’9 🙌🏼

🐠As for Makena, we’ve been trying more on keeping her active despite not working as much, along with getting her weight down a tad. This girl went from jumping 11-12 at the last event, to jumping 14-16s this event. Tying her PB at 16’7, which was previously set back in September of 2022.

One of these days…we’ll get better at posting. It’s been weird to be present lately, just hardwire of work-mentality kicking on autopilot. Sleep has always been difficult, but it’s turned up a notch for a little while now.

A week ago I went to the beach, to just reset & refresh with the dogs, and they really enjoyed themselves. Waves crashing, sea breeze drifting. I wanted to make sure Denali & Makena got to experience it again, it was Benelli’s third time and Remix’s first. Then into a work conference for the weekend, where they enjoyed a home away from home yard, and the pool since it wasn’t our typical “colder” month visit.
