We had to come to the decision to no longer continue the annual Brush Poppin Trail Ride. We are sad to not be able to have it anymore, but our lives are so busy and it has been harder each year to make time for it.

We will still welcome people to come ride with us just for the day whenever it works. Sylvia Jane Passow always loves having riding company too, so just reach out to her if you'd like to haul over to ride.

A huge thank you to everyone that has come out to ride over the years, it sure was a blast each time and we have made some phenomenal trail horses doing this ride.

Dusty is a 2022 Palomino gelding with loads of personality. He is a safe mount in and out of the arena, a fabulous horse down the trail and just plain out stunning 😍

He has a smooth jog, pivots, sidepasses, stops on a dime, stands tied, trailers well, great for vet and farrier, and is oh so patient even if his rider isn't doing things quite right. Dusty has been shown in the walk/trot Ranch classes. He is unphased by everything we have thrown at him - leafblower? No problem. Toddler zooming by on his Gator? Just another day for Dusty. He is used to chaos and handles it all in stride. He rides out alone or in the group, leads, follows, whatever you'd like.

The perfect home would be someone who enjoys trail riding and maybe wants to do some low key showing. He needs a firm person on the ground as his puppy dog personality comes with a bit of pushiness. Dusty prefers pasture board, but has been stalled overnight. He doesn't do well without turnout- but who can blame him? He gets along well in the pasture and makes friends easily. He loves attention and sometimes forgets he is not a Golden Retriever.

Dusty is UTD on all cares, has a current coggins and is double registered (AQHA and Palomino). Currently has front shoes on as we ride him a lot. He is 16 hands tall and about 1300lb. Lots of bone and width to handle bigger riders.

This was pretty impressive! Not everyone can lead a miniature pony acrossed lush green grass without letting them stop to eat.
