Here we go, friends and family. The farm is humming with that happy, hopeful buzz that only puppies can bring.

Here’s something important we’re shifting towards: let’s retire the phrase “puppy picking order.” No more “first pick, second pick, last pick.” Instead, imagine holding a winning lottery ticket, because that’s what a Silver Bells puppy feels like. Only better. 🐾

Moving forward, we’re leaning into what we do best: knowing our puppies by heart. During our Meet & Greets, we watch, listen, and learn about you, your rhythm, your home, your schedule and your hopes. We pay attention to who you naturally gravitate toward, and we become an integral part of pairing you with the puppy who fits your home life and lifestyle like it was always meant to be. No rigid order. No pressure. Just thoughtful matching rooted in years of experience, temperament testing, and love.

One of our vets smiled the other day during our health/exit exams and said, “another beautiful healthy Silver Bells puppy—still like winning season tickets to get one?” We laughed, but there’s truth there. These little souls are special, and so are the families who welcome them.

We say temperment first, health and do your homework on the breed. Our puppies will read your mood, be your shadow, ride shotgun in your jeep, supervise your midnight snack, and follow you to the bathroom forever (Privacy… negotiable. 😉)

So take a deep breath and enjoy this moment and process. Trust the years of experience we have, nap-time observations, and countless hours we spend with these babies. The right puppy isn’t about a number or color; it’s about a match. It’s about your next family member.
