In an abrieveated version, this is my 4th phone this month. I did the right process, filed the insurance claims. Every phone I received was non working in some form that we need for our business - camera, text, calls. Today, I had to just buy a new phone. The 3rd phone unexplained just refused to turn back on after dying, and I took it into the store and they had no explanation either. We can't afford to jeopardize our business and our relationship with our clients like that, and I am sorry if you have missed a communication in the past month and half during this process, whether you were a current client, or prospective client. I never expected several replacement phones through my insurance and phone carrier to just give out after 3 days, a week.. and so on.
Just know, I am not ignoring you, I never would! Some of you know, you text me at midnight.. if I am up, you'll get a response, every time.
It is still denying me access to my email that I paired all of you lovely people with, because it fails to recognize it as the number, but instead "Samsung S21 Ultra". So, once again if you could do me the favor, and text me your name, address and number. We would be super grateful!
๐ฉ Also, messenger on this page for now, seems to be safe should we run into any issues. It's safe to assume if you're not getting a prompt response, there's an issue.
